Testing Center
|

You are able to take all FAA written tests in our new video monitored computer testing center. If no tests are in progress it can be used for flight planning, and computer work. A color printer, copier and scanner is available as well.
We also administer non-FAA computer tests. Please contact to us if you have questions about testing or are interested in scheduling a test.

Pilot Lounge

A great addition to the McMinnville Airport is our new Pilot Lounge. It is accessible 24 hours and has a couch and TV area to relax, a table for meetings or studying, a flight planning computer with printer and scanner and free WiFi as well as a kitchenette and refreshments.
Relax and overview the runway or enjoy the sun while you wait for your fellow aviators to fly in.

 Our front office and pilot store is open every day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
You can find all the pilot supplies like sectionals, IFR charts, FAR/AIMs, logbooks, oil and more. If you need anything we don't have in stock, we are happy to get it for you.
Our store also has some very fun gifts available for you. Please stop by any time and browse through our inventory.

Here at the McMinnville Airport we have both, 100LL and Jet-A available. For 100LL self-serve is available as well as full-service from our truck. Jet-A is only available as full-service. The anti-icing additive prist can be infused into the fuel on the truck, so it is your choice of adding it or not.
We are Epic branded, keep our pricing competitive and accept all mayor credit cards and fuel cards.

McMinnville is located in the heart of Oregon Wine Country, just minutes away from famous Oregon wineries and beautiful McMinnville Downtown. Just across the street is the famous Howard Hughes "Spruce Goose" housed in the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum.
Our main runway 22/4 is 5420 feet long, perfect for every aircraft up to small and medium sized Jets. ILS, GPS and other instrument approaches are available. Other airports closeby are Portland International Airport (KPDX), Salem McNary Field (KSLE), Hillsboro Airport (KHIO) and Aurora Airport (KUAO)
Our normal office hours are 8am to 5pm every day. Please give us a call if you need service after-hours.

To be able to pay for expenses associated with providing our first-class service that you deserve, starting January 1st 2017, we are charging ramp and parking fees.
Since we are trying to keep flying affordable and are striving to keep your business, we kept our fee schedule very affordable.
It is geared towards covering the cost we have providing our services to you.
Our ramp and parking fees:
Jet/Turboprop Aircraft ramp fee: $100
(waived with 100 Gallon Fuel purchase)
Jet/Turboprop Aircraft ramp fee after first day: $25 per day
Small GA aircraft: $5 per day
(first day waived with 10 Gallon Fuel purchase)
Small GA aircraft monthly tiedown: $25

Museum Tour
|
|
McMinnville, Oregon is the home of the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum. The museum holds the famous Spruce Goose built by Howard Hughes.
  
McMinnville and the Aviation Museum
There is a massive Boeing 747 airplane on top of the Evergreen Aviation Waterpark with waterslides coming out of the back of the airplane.
The incredible aviation museum houses Howard Hughes "Spruce Goose" and a lot more historical aircrafts.
The Space Museum has a Titan 2 Missile, the huge SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance airplane and more interesting exhibits.
If you fly into the McMinnville Airport, just walk into the FBO and we'll get you a shuttle to the museum.
